At the next time, we are looking for you as (Senior) Manager M&A Advisory (m/w/d) in Munich for our fast-growing BearingPoint Capital Team. BearingPoint Capital is an independent business unit of global corporate consultancy BearingPoint. Our international team advises on M&A transactions on the buyer and seller side – from strategy development to commercial and Technological Due Diligence. In addition to the classic M&A consulting, Capital is responsible for the management of the company's own company portfolio as well as investments in ventures. We accompany our customers in their transformation along global megatrends – from acquisitions to financing. Our focus is on modern technologies and their application, especially in industry and in digital business models. Your tasks include: You advise our customers from various industries (from scale-ups to small and medium-sized companies to the DAX Group) on their M&A transactions

You continuously develop M&A methods for BearingPoint Capital and our customers

You take project responsibility and build new and existing customer relationships

You support BearingPoint's own M&A activities

You carry out sales and business development activities

You have an excellent academic degree with an economic or technical focus

You bring multi-annual professional experience in an M&A consultancy, an investment bank or an audit firm – focusing on Transaction Services or M&A (in particular Technology Due Diligence, Product DD, IT Carve-out or PMI)

You have profound experience in implementing M&A and financing transactions and take responsibility for managing complex projects

You're a real team player, get yourself in and enjoy moving together with your team

To optimally advise our customers on site, you are ready to travel nationally and internationally

Very good German and English language skills complete your profile
