Finance & Controlling Manager (m/f/d)

Full financial responsibility: managing finance and controlling for two companies at the site, including ensuring transparent and efficient processes Controlling & Performance Management: Analysis and monitoring of key indicators (e.g. turnover, stocks, cover contributions) and implementation of sound target-actual comparisons and deviation analyses Conclusions & Reporting: Creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts and regular reporting to stakeholders including presentation of results Planning & Forecasting: Responsibility for budget planning, liquidity management and forecast processes for sustainable corporate governance Operational Financial Work & Interface Function: Accounting Support, Operational Evaluations (incl. IFRS Transfer) and Active Participation in Operational Topics (e.g. SAP Books, Fakturaprüfung)

Funded qualification in the financial sector: successfully completed studies with a focus on finance/controlling or comparable commercial training with corresponding training Experience in international controlling: Multiannual professional practice in an internationally oriented company, ideally in the project-oriented environment with complex project times Expertise & System Knowledge: Secure handling of HGB and IFRS as well as excellent knowledge in Excel and SAP FI/CO Analytical Strength & Structured Operation: Embossed Number Understanding, Fast Conception and Independent, Structured and Solution-Oriented Operation Personality & leadership competence: High commitment, sense of responsibility and experience in the leadership of small teams, coupled with good English skills Languages German / English insurance
