Support the development and continuous improvement of a group-wide, risk-based physical security framework, including policies, standards, and methodologies for asset protection Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of site security concepts across all business segments and locations Conduct and support risk and threat assessments (e.g., sabotage, vandalism, espionage, unauthorized access) and mitigation measures Manage and support tendering and procurement of security services, guarantee quality and cost awareness Provide input on security requirements for new sites, buildings, and leases, including technical and personnel security solutions Contribute to the definition and standardization of on-site security operations (e.g., reception, gatekeeping) in collaboration with CREM Support the planning and coordination of executive and high-profile event security, including coordination of protection measures Contribute to executive protection in collaboration with relevant stakeholders Monitor, measured, and report security incidents, ensuring effective response and continuous improvement Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance security capabilities

Several years of professional experience in Physical Security within a corporate or complex operational environment Expertise in physical security technologies and systems, frameworks, and relevant standards (e.g., ISO 27001) Good understanding of IT and OT environments, including grid/energy infrastructure, operations and design Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to identifying and addressing issues Strategic mindset combined with strong business acumen and understanding of risk and value creation Confident working style with the ability to make sound decisions in dynamic situation Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative and cross-functional approach Professional certification search as CPP, PSP, or CPO is a plus Fluency in English and German (written and spoken) Valid driver's license (Class B)
