Responsible support of the operational performance-oriented controlling of the company's portfolio Supporting asset and property management with structured reports on individual assets Supporting executives with meaningful reporting to partial port films Development and regular creation of performance-oriented, structured, meaningful reporting with control-relevant key figures Implementation of the ongoing object and portfolio controlling including analysis/monitoring of asset performance (relevant KP’s) and creation of deviation analyses and derivation of action recommendations Contact person for data quality management and further development in property management Takeover of the control of the budget process at object level Participation in the control of external property management and the adoption of data quality management for the supplied data Building and further development of a portfolio dashboard

Successfully completed studies of the business economy, real estate management or a comparable degree course or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience, preferably in the field of controlling or asset management, of advantage Knowledge in real estate controlling Safe handling of ERP systems Very good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel and PowerPoint High number and IT affinity Safe appearance and very good communication skills Entrepreneurial and analytical thinking independent and structured work Team skills
