Trainee Account Management & Solution Design (m/f/d)

Start your career as a Trainee Account Management & Solution Design (m/w/x) at Gütersloh. From 05.10.2026 you will learn how to develop and successfully implement individual customer solutions along the supply chain. You gain insights into the project business, the management of existing customers and the challenges of connecting new customers. Over time, you're going through different stations at national and international locations, working closely with international teams, bringing in your ideas and developing professionally and personally. So you lay the foundation for your career - e.g. as project manager:in or key account expert:in with strong customer focus. Are you on it?

Customer-oriented solution development: You learn how new customers are successfully integrated and existing customers are strategically developed, always looking at sustainable and tailor-made solutions. Connecting strategy & implementation: You actively participate in projects to optimize, standardize and digitize our business processes and take early responsibility. Holistic supply chain confession: Through your operations in various business units (TECH, Healthcare, Consumer Products), you understand the entire value chain and its challenges. Strengthen cooperation: Together with internal and external stakeholders, you develop innovative concepts and contribute to strong, trusting cooperation. International Experience: National and international stations allow you to take global perspectives and expand your network sustainably.

Academic background: You have a successfully completed degree in the field of business, economic engineering or a comparable discipline - ideally focusing on logistics or supply chain management. Practical experience: First insights into logistics, project management or adjacent areas through internships, student work activities or projects you already bring. Analytical & conceptual strength: You can quickly capture complex relationships and develop structured, solution-oriented approaches. Language skills: You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Personality & Mindset: You are convinced by your own initiative, team spirit, curiosity and a strong customer orientation as well as the desire to actively drive things forward.
