Tasks: Own responsible collection, documentation and regulated processing of the service processes of our customers Creation of monthly, quarterly and annual evaluations Creation of customer and product-based evaluations Telephone, written and possibly personal contact with our customers Cooperation with production, final assembly and sales for the continuous and sustainable quality improvement of our innovative products

Profile: completed commercial or technical vocational training with first professional experience in the context of an industrial enterprise Technical understanding Experience in agriculture, as well as in agricultural engineering desirable Secure MS Office knowledge and good user knowledge in an ERP system Target-oriented operation and high sense of responsibility Teamability and communication and organizational ability
