Your duties In your role as leading MFA in our cardiological practice, you take over the human and organizational leadership:

Practice management & leadership: Technical and disciplinary management of the MFA team including service and holiday planning Optimization of the practical organisation and internal workflows Monitoring and further development of quality management Introduction of new employees and trainees

Patient and practical control: Ensuring smooth practice operation and efficient appointment coordination Contact person for the team, medical management and external partners and clinics Responsibility for material management and billing control

Clinical participation: Ensuring highest standards in performing diagnostic procedures (ECG, stress ECG, long-term studies) Sovereign care of patients in complex situations

Your profile You have heart blood for cardiology and bring the necessary leadership skills to motivate a team and optimize practical processes? Then you are right with us!

Take this with you: A completed training for medical professionals (m/w/d) and ideally a further training for the specialist in outpatient medical care or a comparable qualification as an alternative to several years of professional experience, ideally already in a leading function or with first leadership experiences Knowledge found in the cardiological field Leader with the ability to act empathically and at the same time strong A structured, solution-oriented way of working Safe handling of practical software, accounting (EBM/GOÄ) and digital systems Flexibility, resilience and positive performance as a model for the team
