Secret Protection Officer (m/f/d)

You support the security agent in implementing and ensuring the requirements for the protection of secret and sabotage. You coordinate all security checks under the Security Audit Act (SÜG). You put on security files, care and update them and accompany empowerment. You correspond with the competent security authorities and document the test results. You plan and carry out secret protection instructions and advice. You are responsible for managing and handling classified information. You support the security agent in special tasks in secret and sabotage protection. You're gonna start, give it up, take it back and lock up work cards. You process access requirements for employees and visitors. You monitor alerts, explain their causes, and initiate immediate emergency responses in access management in case of malfunctions or damage events.

You have a completed training in the security or administration area. You are safe in dealing with MS‐Office and ready to work in specialist applications. Ideally, you bring experience and knowledge in secret protection. You have strong communication and cooperation capabilities – both internally and in exchange with authorities. You master the English language fluently in word and writing. You work independently, show your own initiative and always trade discreetly and responsibly. Customer and service orientation as well as a strong security awareness are your strengths. You have enforcing power and remain extremely reliable even in stressful situations.
