Service technician with a focus on electrical engineering (m/f/d)

For our constantly growing service team with currently 25 employees we are looking for Service Engineer (m/w/d) in the field for the regions Freiburg, Hoch- und Südschwarzwald, Schwarzwald-Baar-Kreis

You are responsible for the service operations with our customers. You install and use large-scale electric kitchen appliances and assigns customers professionally. You analyze and repair problems directly on site. You carry out maintenance and revisions according to manufacturer specifications. You are a technical contact for our customers and ensure high service and customer satisfaction.

You have a successfully completed training as an electronic/mechatronic (m/w/d) or a comparable training. You are inspired by a pronounced service mentality. You have a structured and customer-oriented way of working. You're in the possession of the class B driver's license and are happy to be in the car. You know relevant regulations, standards and guidelines (VDE / DVGW).
