During your two-year training, you will learn the safe handling of modern production facilities and will be guided step by step to varied production activities. Your training content at a glance: Set up, retrofitting and operating: You learn to set up machinery and equipment to upgrade and operate professionally Preparing and commissioning: You prepare workflows, check machines at test benches and put them into operation Production processes: You monitor production, control material flow and ensure smooth processes Maintenance and inspection: You carry out maintenance and control work on machinery and equipment Manufacturing techniques and quality: You use various manufacturing techniques and implement quality-proofing measures The visit of the Hans-Böckler-Berufskolleg in Cologne as well as internal training supplements your practical training and deepen your expertise.

You have at least a good primary school degree Good knowledge of German in word and writing, as well as good mathematics knowledge you bring with you You have pleasure in practical work Ideally, you can handle well with the PC Reliability and motivation
