Responsibility for controlling and monitoring the documentation in the overall project and for the processes and further development of the document management system (DMS) Formal testing and steering of documents Managing, preparing and sending relevant project documents Quality assurance, regular reporting on the implementation of the DMS and performing deviation analyses Participation in project management and admission-related status and voting talks

Completed commercial or technical training with construction or real estate or comparable qualification First professional experience in project management or document management for construction projects is desirable Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint Ideally experience with virtual project rooms (e.g. tpCDE) Impressed communication skills and independent working complemented by analytical thinking and knowledge in data analysis German language skills, ideally supplemented by good basic knowledge in English
