Own responsibility of a sales area Creation of offers and orders for spare parts and modifications Ensuring the correct order processing (offering and order processing including return and complaint processing to receivable monitoring) Technical clarification, testing and price calculation of conversion requests Communication and correspondence with international customers and representations Continuous further development and improvement of processes and processes with regard to service quality, reaction times and delivery reliability
