Compilation of technical documentation and selection of suitable measuring and testing equipment Implementation of initial samples, production-accompanying tests and receipt checks including Use decisions Labelling of defective products and opening of quality reports Evaluation and documentation of test results and supplier reactions Creating and maintaining test plans and creating measurement programs according to drawings and 3D models performing measurement tasks on 3-coordinate measuring machines and interpreting the results Support for development in quality-oriented component design Planning and implementation of product audits, measures control and supplier qualification Technical clarifications between manufacturing, purchasing, construction and suppliers Preparation and management of product-related quality discussions

Complete training in measuring technology, cutting technology, quality assurance or comparable qualification Practical experience in manual measurement Safe handling of measuring machines and measurement programs Ability to read and interpret complex assemblies and production documents Knowledge of reading and understanding of ISO GPS (geometric product specification) Structured, independent operation Teamability and Communication Strength
