As a group management, the Group “Concern & Messages” (CLMZ) will guide you both professionally and disciplinaryly – thereby promoting corporate culture and anchoring the attitude of DZ BANK. You control the timely implementation of the notifications to § 24c KWG, § 154 AO, FATCA / CRS and deposit protection, in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. You are responsible for tax topics (e.g. NV certificates, status and tax certificates) as well as the further development of the processes and requirements within the group or Division. You ensure the analysis, review, implementation and monitoring of both supervisory and legal requirements for the matching of corporate business partners according to law. BCBS 239. You accompany projects or delegations to employees and optimize our processes using digital media such as GenAI, Robotics or Tableau. You contribute to the annual budget creation, under-year controlling and the continuous optimization of the department's execution organisation, e.g. through value-generating contributions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Successful study of economics or a comparable academic degree Multiannual professional practice in the subjects § 24c KWG (consistency), § 154 AO (responsibility report), FATCA / CRS and deposit guarantee, supplemented by at least 2 years of experience in a leadership position or in the (partial) project management or project management Ideally familiar with tax issues and the matching of business partners according to BCBS 239 Funded knowledge in legal regulations such as GwG, Tax Code, KWG and Tax Law Very good German as well as good English in word and writing, paired with communication skills A valuable, agile leadership style with strong team spirit and the ability to delegate tasks targeted at distance, to encourage employees and to promote the use of new digital IT tools Embossed analytical and entrepreneurial thinking, complemented by a lot of customer orientation, decision strength Versified in information management, implementation of changes and innovations and in process management
