Planning and coordination of elections: You are responsible for the organisation and implementation of existing elections in the association area. Staff deployment planning: You coordinate personnel deployment within SIT and ensure that all resources are used optimally. Control of external service providers: You run cooperation with external partners and act as the main contact partner (m/w/d) for employees, customers and service providers. Project management outside the elections (50 %): you plan and run projects in the field of application technology and innovation projects in close cooperation with our field management.

(m/w/d) with technical background. Team skills & communication strength: Very good knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and ideally expertise in the fields of choice and population; excellent team and communication skills as well as safe occurrence. Loadability & service orientation: Embossed stress resistance, high loadability and a pronounced service and customer orientation. Own responsibility & organization: ability and willingness to act independently and organize.
