Process Manager (m/w/d) Regionetz GmbH | Location Weisweiler | from 01.02.2026 | Full time (38 hours/week) | unlimited Analysis of existing processes and identification of optimization potentials together with staff and specialist areas derivation and implementation of concrete improvement measures and preparation of appropriate action plans including success control Creation of decision templates and presentation before management Modelling and documentation of processes Bringing process expertise into strategic transformation projects Further development of methods, standards and instruments for consistent process management Planning, moderation and follow-up of workshops and implementation of training measures and training Development of appropriate key figures and continuous monitoring of process improvements
Successfully completed studies in an STEM subject or a comparable discipline At least 5–8 years of professional experience in process consulting or process management Experience in handling tools for analysis, automation, visualization and modeling of business processes (BPMN 2.0) Funded understanding of organization and process management Experience in the workshop and management presentation Digital and Lean Mindset Excellent communication skills and excellent knowledge of German
