As part of your activity, you calculate services in the technical facility management taking into account material and equipment costs for customer projects. In addition, you analyze markets and evaluate projects both technically and commercially in the field of building management. Your tasks include the creation of quotations and the economic evaluation of tenders. You also take over the acquisition of post-contractor offers and support the selection of suitable suppliers. Another part of your activity is the creation of prequalification and offer documents. In addition, you will take care of the establishment and maintenance of benchmark databases. In close coordination, you will work with technical experts, project managers and other departments and prepare tender information accordingly.

You have completed technical training, for example as an electrician (m/w/d), mechatronic (m/w/d) HKLS or MSR technician (m/w/d), as an alternative to a degree in engineering, facility management, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering. Ideally you bring professional experience in technical facility management as well as in the costing of maintenance services. In addition, you have knowledge of building technology and an understanding of economic relationships. In handling MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, you are safe. We require very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing. Further foreign language skills are also desirable. A readiness to travel within Germany and Europe of about 10-20 % completes your profile.
