Process responsibility Planning Böblingen: End-to-end responsibility for the local planning process Analysis of weaknesses in the planning process derivation and implementation of optimization measures Further development and harmonisation of processes in the course of SAP Ensuring data quality, planning logic and KPI structures Governance for planning standards Sales planning: Coordination with the various business areas (BU) and its current and planned paragraphs at product and customer level Coordination and determination of future sales planning taking into account stocks (raw materials, intermediate and finished products) in the S&OP Meeting Creation of rolling sales plans and quantities for expected sales Control and coordination of assortment adjustments Monitoring and preparation of key figures Stock allocation in cooperation with sales Development and implementation of forecast models and tools to increase efficiency In and outgoing control of products Identify bottlenecks Working in implementing SAP 4/HANA in this area SAP- & tool development: Continuous improvement of SAP planning logic Close cooperation with IT in adjustments, releases, new functionalities Translation of business needs Training, Coaching & Multiplier Roller Construction and implementation of training concepts for SAP planning Coaching of departments in handling new tools and processes First-level support and know-how support in the company

Successfully completed Bachelor Program Economics, Logistics, o.v. Mind. 5 years of professional experience in the sales planning of a manufacturing company Very good language skills in German and English Very good MS Office knowledge Advanced and relevant practical experience in SAP 4/HANA in the field of planning Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, result orientation, high self-motivation, team spirit, communication strength and a structured way of working
