Development and operation of scalable backend services and APIs for innovative FinTech products Conception and implementation of safe, performant and highly available system architectures Integration of blockchain technologies, smart contracts and external platforms Continuous optimization of performance, stability and scalability of systems Cooperation with product, infrastructure and development teams in an international environment Conducting code reviews and ensuring high quality standards throughout the development process Takeover of technical responsibility for backend services from conception to live operation Active use of modern AI tools to increase efficiency and further develop the engineering approach

Multiannual experience in the development and operation of complex backend systems Very good knowledge of Golang, TypeScript or comparable backend technologies Experience with API development, distributed systems and scalable architectures Safe handling of cloud, container and CI/CD technologies High quality awareness and experience with testing and modern development processes Ideally knowledge of Web3, Blockchain, Smart Contracts or the FinTech environment Practical experience with AI-based development workflows of advantage Analytical thinking, initiative and enthusiasm for new technologies
