In this key role within our Project Management department, you are responsible for the management of demanding customer projects. You are the central contact person who has a firm grip on dates, resources and budgets. Project management: independent management of IT infrastructure projects and complex IT rollout scenarios with a duration of several months. Methodology: Application of modern project management methods for planning, monitoring, budget control and successful completion of your projects. Stakeholder Management: As a communication-strong interface, you moderate between customers, internal technology teams and external partners. Quality assurance: monitoring of milestones and proactive risk and escalation management to ensure a timely implementation. Process consulting: Support our customers in structuring their IT projects and optimising the project processes. Mentoring and support of junior project managers and team members. Development of internal project management standards and processes.

You are a state-of-the-art project expert, who also maintains rest in critical phases and convinces with professional and personal competence. Technical & technical requirements: Certification: You have a sound training in project management techniques, certified by a valid certificate (e.g. Prince2, IPMA, PMP or IHK project manager). Professional experience: Multiannual experience in managing IT projects, ideally in the field of IT infrastructure or rollout management. Mobility: You have a valid passenger ticket and willingness to travel in our areas of application (Bavaria, Hesse and Rhineland-Palatinate). Language knowledge: German in word and writing for precise documentation and sovereign communication at decision-making level. Soft skills & personality: Communication strength: You can clearly structure complex issues and convey them according to the target groups (from the technician to the management). Enforcement capability: You are able to guide project teams professionally and keep the project objectives in mind even in dynamic situations. Organizational talent: Structured working methods and a high degree of self-responsibility characterize you. Language knowledge: Very good German knowledge in word and writing, English knowledge of advantage.
