Your tasks Strengthen our team as headmasterin / project managerin for the large project Süd Schnellweg! Turn around the construction of a 1,100 m long road tunnel and actively shape the infrastructure of Hanover! Your tasks include: Control and instruction of the building management on the large project Responsible monitoring of compliance with all relevant legal regulations and safety, economic and qualitative requirements Negotiations with contracting entities for construction implementation, changes, extensions of the construction contract as well as supplementary permits in consultation with the overall project management Completion of subcontractors in consultation with the commercial department Monitoring and control of calculations and follow-up processing

Completed studies in civil engineering or comparable qualifications Insufficient professional experience in the management of projects in the field Practical experience in the mines Very good knowledge of the contract law and the VOB Funded know-how in project management and controlling as well as in quality management Entrepreneurial thinking, self-responsible and targeted working methods Safe appearance in negotiations and experience in leadership of teams Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
