As a consultant:in continuing vocational training you are an expert:in our diverse course portfolio. After a comprehensive introduction, you will advise our interested person: by phone to our course offer and start individual, tailor-made recommendations along the professional experiences and perspectives of the interested person. In the professional consultation, you identify the need for further training and thus assists those seeking training to find the appropriate further training. In your new role in alfatraining, the following tasks await you: Telephone consulting and explanation of our courses in the field of continuing vocational training Aptitude assessment based on the professional profiles of the interested party: Creation of tailor-made training offers Contact and correspondence with our site managers for organizational and content questions on courses Correspondence with funding agencies such as the Employment and Job Centre Agency Documentation and maintenance of our database
