• You bundle and coordinate family work and are available as intermediaries
• You develop strategies with your team for dealing with relatives
• Introduction and guidance of trainees, nurses and social care staff, observation of trainees and nurses
• Support and moderation of case talks
• Cooperation with local offers of family relief, planning and design of family meetings
• As an expert in your area, you get the opportunity to introduce yourself creatively
