The nursery school Hannover (PFSH) in Garbsen is a central part of Hahne Holding and offers future-oriented training in the care sector. This is what awaits you with us: Place of use: Pflegefachschule Hannover in Garbsen Working hours: Ideally, you work in full or part-time (at least 30 hours), divided into 5 days. On weekends as well as on holidays, you are generally free. The core working time is between 8:00 a.m. to 15:15 p.m., with a full-time job doing 24 lessons. Remuneration: Remuneration according to TV-L. The amount of the compensation depends on your experience – applicants start their studies starting from €4.64.54, while you start with a Master's degree starting from €4.629,74.

Your tasks – Your influence on the future Own-responsible implementation of teaching and practical guidance in consultation with the teacher college and the school management. You are a firm contact person for the concerns of our trainees within fixed times. Advising trainees on personal and professional subjects. Regular control of performance levels and initiation of learning development measures. Designing and developing innovative teaching concepts. Cooperation with external practical partners for optimal interconnection of theory and practice.

Your profile – your qualifications and strengths (m/w/d), teacher (m/w/d) for nurses or in a related nursing course (e.g. care management). Alternatively: willingness to start a corresponding study. First teaching and teaching experience is of advantage. Self-employed work and organizational staff. Extensive consulting skills and pleasure in working with trainees.
