As a process expert (m/w/d) you continuously improve the processes and workflows of the Mainova Service (MSD)

They optimize the processes in terms of automation and digitalization as well as in the introduction and further development of software components.

They ensure a continuous improvement process including quality assurance and economic consideration.

The derivation of measures based on monitoring and analysis of strategic KPIs, as well as their further development, will give you pleasure and be one of your strengths due to your structured way of working.

They adapt energy trends and derive appropriate measures from them.

The management of projects for the implementation of new processes, products and software architecture as well as the subproject management and cooperation in overarching projects completes your task profile.

Completed studies in the fields (energy)economy or business informatics or comparable qualifications

Great interest in digitalization topics as well as high IT affinity and safe handling of relevant software applications (MS-Office)

Experiences in project and process management, organizational talent and a broad understanding of service and service processes

High communication capability and very good analytical and conceptual skills

High organizational capacity as well as solution-oriented and committed working methods and a pronounced will for design
