Therapeutic Specialist for Therapeutic Youth Welfare (m/f/d)

You accompany two closely linked work fields: therapeutic accompaniment of a young person in intensive pedagogical individual setting therapeutic work with children and adolescents in an intensive therapeutic group You don't work detached from everyday life, but where development actually takes place. Together with the pedagogical team, you transmit therapeutic perspectives into concrete everyday situations and accompany development processes directly. Your individual settings tasks: Implementation of therapeutic discussions and interventions Monitoring of stabilisation and development processes Technical classification of crises, behavioral dynamics and psychiatric symptoms Development of therapeutic recommendations for action and technical advice of the pedagogical team Participation in assistance planning, documentation and expert evaluation Your duties in the group: Therapy of children and young people as part of individual and group offers Support for emotional and social development Technical advice and support of the pedagogical teams with challenging cases Participation in help plan processes, reporting and parental work

Complete study of psychology, child and youth psychotherapy, psychotherapy or comparable qualification professional experience in the psychotherapeutic treatment of children and young people Interest in systemic, relationship-oriented and everyday-integrated therapy Ability to introduce therapeutic perspectives in a comprehensible and practical way in educational processes High reflectivity and self-responsibility Joy of cooperation in a multi-professional team at eye level
