These tasks await you:

• Professional, disciplinary and result-oriented leadership of a team in the field of PLC and HMI programming • Planning, prioritization and control of ongoing service, retrofit, remodeling and expansion topics on existing machines • Implementation of capacity and deployment planning and follow-up of dates, quality and work results • Technical support of the team in technical issues, escalations and complex customer requirements in the field of PLC and HMI programming • Examination and assessment of customer requirements regarding technical feasibility, effort and feasibility of existing machinery • Ensuring effective cooperation with the relevant interfaces in the service environment, in particular service sales, helpdesk, project management, project planning, electrical design and SCADA programming • Participation in the development of processes, tools, standards, documentation and reusable solutions in the service programming environment

That's what you bring:

• Complete training, further training for technicians or studies in electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics or comparable qualifications • Multiannual professional experience in automation technology, ideally in machine and plant engineering or special machine construction • Good knowledge of PLC and HMI programming, e.g. Siemens, Rockwell or comparable control systems • Experience in the service environment, retrofit, rebuilding, commissioning or modernization of existing machinery • First experience in employee management, professional coordination or project management desirable • Structured, solution-oriented operation and good understanding of prioritisation, quality and liability • Communication skills, commitment, team skills and good English skills in word and writing
