What you do with us:

You work in our rehabilitation projects, which are aimed at people who reorientate themselves professionally due to illness, accident or personal handicaps. You support and accompany participants on their way to social inclusion and permanent participation in working life.

• You take care of and advise your participants individually to stabilise and promote them.
• You develop a new and implementable professional perspective together with people
• You actively support participants in finding a job
• You accompany the reintegration into the first labour market and take care of people directly at work
• You carry out administrative tasks, keep close contact with cost-beneficiaries, authorities, and businesses, and support your network

What you bring:

Required:

• completed educational or social studies; alternatively completed training with trainer training
• completed or ongoing training as a rehabilitation specialist
• Experience in working with Rehabilitand: inside
• driving licence and own car
• good IT and Internet skills

Advantage:

• Knowledge of professional rehabilitation and rehabilitation
• Acquise strength and negotiation skills

Contract term

The contract is initially limited to one year. An extension is possible and depends on the conveying course. In parallel, there is the possibility to switch to other BNW projects at our locations.
