Preparation of documents: creation of credit applications, credit templates and customer agreements such as interest rates or collateral changes Preparing appointments: Support in content preparation for appointments by research work, working up PLAN numbers in short form, testing open documents and/or implementation status of the rehabilitation concepts Preparing appointments: compiling conversational summaries and deriving action needs Document management: Requirement for documents in consultation with the customer service provider and monitoring of the return and legitimisation of a document/order Sales support: Implementation of service processes of all kinds to relieve our colleagues from the rehabilitation support Support and cooperation: support in the evaluation and preparation of internal reports and in the areas of risk provision and settlement

Qualification: Complete training with a focus on banks and ideally further theoretical qualifications or comparable qualifications Professional experience: expertise based on relevant experience in credit business and/or credit analysis Further competences: High self-organisation and analytical competence.
