You participate in digital training and seminars in our Academy.

You will receive €1,400 in the first year, in the second. Year €1,470 and €1,550 in the third year (parttime part-time). You have 30 days of holiday per year (in parttime). In agreement with your leadership, you can work in the home office after your first 12 months. You will visit the vocational school in Duisburg (Kaufm. Berufskolleg Duisburg-Mitte/Bertolt-Brecht-Berufskolleg). You will receive an educational grant (e.g. for a tablet to use our digital learning offer).
