The smart estate Hausverwaltung & Immobilien GmbH supervises housing owners communities and rental properties in Mühlacker, Pforzheim and the surrounding area. It reliably takes over all administrative tasks – from owner meetings and annual accounts to the communication between tenants: inside and outside owners.
