(Senior) Consultant Payroll New Customer Implementation (m/f/d)

You advise and maintain our national and international customers from different industries and company sizes in the Payroll area with the HR software comvaHRo LOGA. You are responsible for the new customer implementation in the Payroll area, including the execution of request workshops, documentation, migration and the installation in the system. As part of the overall project plan, you will develop a project plan for the Payroll module and ensure compliance. In regular professional Jour-Fixe appointments, you will be in close contact with your customers and ensure transparent cooperation. You work closely with the consultants of the other modules such as the time economy as well as the staff portal as well as the project management team.

In addition to enthusiasm for HR and IT, you have great pleasure in communicating work with people. In addition, you should provide the following conditions: successfully completed studies (e.g. BWL, humanities or social sciences) or a comparable training/qualification (e.g. professional experience in HR), enthusiasm for the HR world and especially for payroll as well as affinity for HR software, well-founded knowledge of pay accounting and tax and social security law, (multiannual) experience in dealing with the HR software solution comvaHRo LOGA, also as a staff assistant, Payroll Specialist, wage and salary accountant, (first) experience in implementation projects or in the independent implementation of Payroll projects, great interest in the area of pay billing with comvaHRo LOGA and to implement projects independently there, to guide customers within the projects and, if necessary, also to operate escalation management, high level of customer orientation, a fast conception, a team-oriented working style and a high level of commitment, open personality, convincing and sovereign appearance, excellent analytical skills, perfect knowledge of German and good English in word and writing, very safe handling of Microsoft Office tools, Traveling willingness: Service trips within Germany are part of the task (1-2 days per week in the own region, possibly every 2-4 weeks also more trips). Most of the activities take place in the office and home office.
