This exciting role as a production worker (m/w/d) offers a great opportunity to gain practical experience in the manufacturing industry. In this position, the candidates expect versatile tasks in production and assembly. The use of complex machines and tools is as important as the implementation of quality controls. A special focus is on the efficient and precise processing of products to meet the high standards of the industry. The tasks include:

• Working at all relevant manufacturing steps in the production department
• Implementation of quality controls of manufactured products
• Certain operation and monitoring of machines
• Maintenance and maintenance of production plants
• Packaging and shipping

We are looking for

The requirements for the position are deliberately wide-ranging to ensure that professionals or persons with low experience can apply. More important than relevant experience is a reliable and above all conscientious way of working. A certain skill and the willingness to work on the team are also essential prerequisites for taking up this position.

• Completed training or first professional experience in production (optional)
• Reliability, as well as ability to work with and according to clear specifications
• Skill in most fine-engineered, thoroughness-based work steps
• Good physical resilience, and adaptability
• readiness to work in a 2- or 3-layer system
