Development and implementation of an SE strategy in line with procurement management and business strategy Implementation, definition, evaluation and decision on quality aspects in the supplier selection process Implementation and follow-up of SE-related KPIs to suppliers and SQ engineers Ensuring the annual definition of the quality improvement plan (QIP) for strategic/priority BOM suppliers based on business requirements, including ensuring timely implementation Influence on key procurement decisions, e.g. standards and guidelines, supplier selection, costs and contractual clauses, within the team Active driving of the reduction of supplier errors and of analyses and corrective measures by suppliers for supplier errors Development, execution, monitoring and control of the APQP plan as part of sustainable changes Monitoring, reporting, improvement and development of supplier performance Responsibility for the risk assessment and minimisation of supplier quality Evaluation and coordination of change requests of suppliers

Successfully completed engineering studies, e.g. medical technology, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or industrial engineering, as an alternative to a comparable training with several years of relevant professional experience Six-Sigma Qualification Of Advantage Ideal experience as an auditor Experience in handling cables and sensors, preferably batteries Experience in the manufacture and testing of medical devices Knowledge of relevant regulations in the medical technology environment (21 CFR 820, ISO 13485, MDD/EUMDR) Knowledge of the application of common quality methods (PFMEA, DFMEA, APQP, PPAP), process validation (IQ, OQ, PQ, MSA, Gage R&R, SPC, 8D and CAPA) and complaint processing English and German language skills Very good communication skills, negotiation skills and persuasiveness Hands-on-Mentality and international travel readiness
