Personnel and Organizational Development Officer

Volunta is a supporter for the DRC's free­standing activities in Hessen, which will be available at 6 booths with around 150 employees up to 3500 persons.

We are now working for free­flowers, volunteering and in­dustrial services, as well as in­dustrial services, both in Hesse and throughout the world. In this context, we are going to be able to take the necessary steps to improve the quality of the work done by young people.

In addition, the value and the grooves of the social component are to be determined and the position of an industrial component can be determined. We are looking for a dedicated personality (m/w/d) as Referent/-in Personal and Organisational Development in parttime (25 hours/week) with place of service in Wiesbaden This is a permanent employment.

You work in the design, implementation and further development of personnel development instruments in accordance with the corporate objectives and the cultural target. You support the identification of the development and qualification requirements and the development and coordination of corresponding further development measures, such as the design of the training offer for managers and employees. You accompany our adjustment processes and ensure their process quality. You are responsible for projects of personnel and organizational development, implementing them and assisting in the monitoring of change processes. You support the design and implementation of culture-promoting measures. You take on the continuous monitoring of the quality and effectiveness of the implemented personnel development measures and start a suitable reporting.

You bring a completed university degree, e.g. of psychology or social/economic sciences, with a focus on personnel, a commercial training with additional qualifications in the field of staff, or convince by several years of relevant professional experience. You bring constant enthusiasm to support individual and organisational development. You score through experience in the introduction, monitoring and evaluation of personnel development instruments. As a communication- and convincing personality, you not only bring well-founded knowledge of methods, but also draw your attention through a pronounced hand-on mentality with high reliability. You work independently, solution-oriented and team-oriented, and have reflective and critical skills as well as decision-making skills. You bring willingness to change and learn and have fun sharing experiences and knowledge. You are safe in dealing with common tools of virtual cooperation.
