Business Consultant for Digital HR Solutions (m/f/d)

Designing HR Digitalization: You accompany companies in the introduction and further development of our HR Suite and help them set up their HR processes in a future. Customers accompanied early: You advise interested parties in early stages, understand their challenges and develop suitable solutions together with our Sales Consultants. Making change effective: In introductory and further development projects, you bring your expertise, consulting skills and personality. Configuring products: Experience from customer projects actively contributes to the cooperation with product management and development and thus contributes to the further development of our HR Suite. You will give orientation: you will evaluate developments about digitalization and AI, which will create real added value for our customers. Develop partnerships: You see yourself as a long-term savings partner and companion of our customers and build sustainable relationships.

You have well-founded experience in the HR environment – ideally in consulting, HR technology, or digitalization of HR processes. You are consistently thinking of customer vision, understanding the challenges of your organization and developing solutions with sustainable added value. You are convinced by clear, structured and credible communication – in exchange with customers, workshops or presentations as well as different internal stakeholders. You have a good sense of customer potential and pleasure in building trusted customer relationships. You take responsibility, work independently and move safely in the interaction of customers, sales, product management and development.
