Expert in technical building management (m/f/d)

You are the contact person for the branches in all questions concerning the performance of the ownership function and the operation and management of buildings You act as a central point of contact for technical and legal issues in the field of operation, management and repair of buildings and technical installations As part of the technical operator responsibility, you observe relevant laws and regulations and actively contribute to the creation and implementation of internal requirements as well as to the legally secure management of operations. You develop concepts, convert them into efficient processes and create binding action guidelines, for example on technical test requirements, maintenance processes or the commissioning of buildings In close cooperation with the branches and other departments, you will ensure uniform standards for the operation of technical and structural systems You support the further development of our CAFM system to make technical operation even more efficient

You have successfully completed university studies (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) of the Department of Building Technology, Technical Building Equipment (TGA), Supply Technology, Air Conditioning and Ventilation Technology, Water and Wastewater Technology or a comparable discipline. Further requirements: You bring at least two years of professional experience in technical real estate and technical building management You have basic knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and standards in the field of technical building operations You control the current Microsoft Office applications and have a high affinity for IT tools (ideally, for example, CAFM systems) You convince by a very good oral and written expressiveness and possess German knowledge which correspond at least to language level C1 (flowing in word and writing). You work structured, carefully and independently and have the ability to cross-departmental and networked thinking and action Your profile is rounded off by a safe occurrence, communication strength and a pronounced service and customer orientation

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee from the E10 Group to the E13 TV‐L (approximately 50,000,00 € – approx. 82.000,00 € per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions) is possible for employees. A status-like takeover of beamed applicants is possible up to an office of grade A 12 LBesO A.
