Group HSE Manager*

You support our works, factory management and local HSE roles as an experienced professional contact person in occupational safety, plant safety and health protection and develop practical solutions together with them. You develop practical group standards, HSE rules and technical safety requirements from operational practice and support the locations in their implementation. You advise executives and local HSE roles in complex HSE situations, provide professional orientation and support in developing and implementing appropriate measures. You develop our security culture together with the locations and strengthen a binding HSE confession in which managers and plant operators actively take their responsibility. In doing so, you bring your experience from the HSE operating practice. You plan and carry out internal audits, site visits and thematic reviews and use the findings for concrete improvements on site and for the further development of group-wide HSE standards. You can support our locations in external audits, government contacts and security-relevant issues. You can identify location-wide risks and questions and introduce the findings into the group-wide HSE work. You evaluate safety-relevant changes, projects and processes from HSE-Sicht and support their HSE-compliant design.

You have successfully completed a completed technical study or a technical training with further training to the technician or master and also have the qualification as a specialist for occupational safety (according to ASiG). You have several years of professional experience in the field of HSE in an industrial production environment, ideally in the chemical, process-oriented or comparable industry. You have surgically accompanied or responsible work protection, plant safety and health protection in a factory or production site and know the challenges of everyday production from your own experience. You bring experience in the development, implementation and implementation of HSE standards across multiple sites and are able to translate complex requirements into practical and sustainable solutions. You have a well-founded knowledge of the performance of audits, security efforts, event investigations, risk assessments, and how to deal with HSE key figures and management systems. You communicate clearly, bindingly and at eye level and understand that managers as well as local HSE managers are professionally informed to advise, accompany and win for necessary measures. You work structured, independent and solution-oriented, keep an overview of complex issues and ensure consistent implementation and follow-up of measures. You have knowledge of German and very good English skills and are sure to move in an international working environment. You bring a readiness to travel from about 20 to 30 % within Germany and, if necessary, also internationally. Regular personal cooperation with our production sites is obvious to you.
