Content & Traffic Solutions Manager (m/f/d)

You work in the Content & Traffic Solutions team and will participate in customer appointments from pitch to setup and reporting and take over the management of campaigns. With your commitment, you make a valuable contribution to redesigning the labour market of the future. Your tasks Active participation in customer appointments incl. Pitch preparation, setup and reporting Own creation of offers and presentation documents Planning, control and optimization of campaigns (banners, e-mail, social media) Coordination and communication with external service providers and partners Creation and analysis of reporting and development of meaningful pitch triangles Takeover of product responsibility including strategic development, optimization and performance control of associated products in the content-&-traffic portfolio

Completed commercial training or study of business management (focus on marketing of advantage) or relevant sales experience Embossed technical understanding as well as very good communication and storytelling skills for the clear and convincing presentation of complex content Experience in sales, product marketing, B2B marketing or product management, preferably in a commercial, sales-related environment Secure stakeholder management and very good MS Office skills (in particular PowerPoint and Excel)
