Whether you want to get out of the building or restart as a Quereinsteiger – if you are physically fit and want to work hard, you are right with us!

Your task – pure production:

• **preparation:** You prepare the formwork for concrete casting professionally.
• **Production:** You support the production of various prefabricated concrete parts directly in the factory.
• **Reproduction:** You remove the formwork after curing and improve the cast products if necessary.
• **No assembly:** Your workplace is fixed in the factory – no construction sites, no travel!
• Work time: Planning security through normal layer (Mo.–Fr., ca. 06:00 – 15:00).

Your profile – Robustness & Motivation:

• ** background:** You're a mason, coming from the building, or are you simply handcrafted? Perfect! (No training required in the concrete segment).
• **Quereinstieg:** We learn intensively – you are welcome even without any experience.
• **Fitness:** You are physically resilient and like to pack up properly.
• **Mobility:** Driving license and car are of advantage to reach the factory in Colbitz, but no need.
