Apprenticeship as a construction mechanic (m/f/d)

You learn to read construction drawings and piece lists to manufacture and maintain metal constructions of any kind. You qualify to weld metal components or assemblies. You cut steel beams and sheets exactly to measure, edge them or bend them. You mount individual parts or prefabricated assemblies on construction sites, align them and weld them. You pass finished constructions and systems to customers and explain the operation on site. You explain application-specific features and provide security information. You perform maintenance and repair tasks. You check, for example, electrotechnical components of the control technology at conveyor systems.

We expect you to have at least a qualified degree of primary or real school (or a comparable degree).

In particular, the focus is placed on the achievements of the main subjects German and mathematics as well as, depending on the training profession, in the scientific subjects (e.g. physics, chemistry and biology) or in the first foreign language.

In addition to interest and suitability for the chosen profession, you should bring learning willingness, commitment and concentration.

Team spirit, reliability and sense of responsibility are also a prerequisite for trusting cooperation.

You meet the requirements of the Law on the Protection of Masons and the Strengthening of the Prevention of Vaccination (Masernschutzgesetz).

You complete your training with a recognized employer in safe economic conditions.

Their monthly training fee increases over all three years of training. In the first year it is approx. 1368 euros and rises to approx. EUR 1527 gross in the fourth year.

You will benefit from the compensation in the form of free time for any overtime.

You will receive 30 days holiday per year, + 24.12. and 31.12. free of charge.

Vocational training is also possible in parttime.

After vocational training, the takeover into a working relationship, civil servants or soldiers' relationship will be pursued with appropriate performance.
