Specialist Logistics Accounting & Master Data Management (m/f/d)

In the field of logistics accounting & master data: You are responsible for maintaining conditions in the system - both for subcontractors and customers. The correct allocation of debitors, creditors and branch costs in orders as the basis for the fault-free accounting is ensured by you. The creation, processing and control of invoices in the SAP and preparation of CSV files for invoices in SAP. You control and manage the SAP cost centers and support the creation of provisions. You create standard reports in our Bi software. In the field of process development & system implementation: Active cooperation in the transfer and migration of Excel-based billing to our new transport management system. You support the centralization of billing processes and the introduction and documentation of new standardized processes. You work with the calculation of tariffs and the development of complex price structures (e.g. stop prices for specific product groups).

You have completed commercial training e.g. as a forwarding businessman (m/w/d) or a study with the focus on logistics, accounting or controlling. You bring at least 3 years of professional experience in the logistics billing. You are characterized by an IT affinity, good SAP and Excel knowledge. Ideally, you have already gained first experience with FI/CO/SD modules. Further, you are distinguished by a very good process understanding. Complex, logistical and accounting relationships can be quickly detected and analyzed.
