in full time or part-time at the next time. Our MATERNUS SeniorenCentrum Chapel Pencil (in 65193 Wiesbaden) is located in an idyllic location at the foot of the Neroberg in the northeast of the Hessian capital. Here we take care of our 107 people in need of care in three living areas. Your tasks:

Support in the planning and implementation of the food plan taking into account dietary regulations, preferences and nutrient requirements of residents: Ordering food and other kitchen items, monitoring stock inventory and minimizing waste Coordination of the kitchen staff, including division of working hours, training of new staff:inside and motivation of the team Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations, quality standards and legal provisions close cooperation with other departments, in particular the nursing staff, in order to understand and adequately meet the needs of residents Support for budget planning and monitoring and documentation of orders, stocks and other relevant information

Your profile:

(m/d) relevant professional experience, preferably desirable in Community use safe handling of the current MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) high social competence, personal commitment and reliability Ability to work together hand in hand with all areas of the facility first experience in dealing with people in need of care desirable
