Total management of a residential complex with up to 250 seats in the areas of staff, education and business. You will be supported by up to four residential areas. Responsibility for the strategic and conceptual development of a residential network and its offers, taking into account the target groups and financial frameworks Ensuring effective provision of services for all residents:in the housing and control of the association according to the requirements of the management

Complete studies with a focus on health, care, pedagogy, social or business administration or special education in medical education with additional qualification (e.g. specialist) Professional experience in a senior function, ideally with budgetary responsibility, and well-founded industry knowledge in integration aid, in particular with regard to the requirements of the BTHG Analytical thinkability and systematic action for the well-founded further development of the residential community Empathic leadership style combined with creativity and willingness to create new concepts
