Your profile: You have successfully completed your training as a banker (m/w/d) and this is ideally complemented by a (university) degree with an economic focus Ideally you have several years of experience in managing staff and executives, even at distance, and have a motivating and modern leadership style You are a communication talent and brings passion for sales and leadership Structured, independent, result-oriented work as well as binding and loadability are your special strengths In addition to your high motivation, a pronounced quality awareness and sales skills, you have a high customer and service orientation You have a profound and well-founded expertise in financial services, banking products and customer consulting You draw your attention through increased mobility readiness
