The task for employees:in quality assurance, the focus is on the non-destructive testing of materials and weld seams (ZfP) and, if necessary, the monitoring, testing and documentation of the professional production and execution of corrosion protection work in steel structures in steel bridge construction. Conducting the non-destructive material and weld seam tests including the associated documentation responsible for production-accompanying checks (ZfP), for final acceptance to ensure compliance with the order-related quality requirements, continued for the receipt of goods from externally processed components Control of the execution of steelworks and, where appropriate, corrosion protection works for post-contractors: inside and on our construction sites and responsibility for component removal general quality assurance in the various production areas Depending on the level of knowledge and qualification, subordinate support in monitoring and testing in the field of corrosion protection

You ideally have a tester qualification for non-destructive material and weld seam testing according to DIN EN ISO 9712, step 2 in the visual inspection (VT), ultrasound testing (UT) and magnetic powder testing (MT). We also give a chance to start a career:with a corresponding qualification. Additional tester qualifications such as color penetration methods (PT) and radiation testing (RT, film evaluation) are advantageous. Furthermore, practical knowledge of welding technology (steel construction, mechanical engineering, etc.) is advantageous. If you bring a qualification as a column leader:in, KOR-Schein ZTV-ING or as a coating inspector:in, this would be very advantageous.
