In Dillenburg an employee is looking for final assembly (m/w/d), production employee assembly (m/w/d) or specialist final production (m/w/d), who likes to work precisely and feels comfortable in a technically embossed production environment. In this position you are part of a manufacturing process where accuracy, quality and a clean process are crucial.

Here you will take on tasks that combine artisanal work with modern production technology – and make sure that a finished, tested product is produced from individual parts. In the final assembly day business, you work at various production stations and actively contribute to the product quality:

• Components and assemblies are mounted according to technical drawings and specifications
• During production, you continuously conduct visual inspections for quality assurance
• Mounting places you prepare yourself and provide the required parts and materials
• Machines and devices are reliable during final assembly
• Easy adjustment and setup work on systems can be carried out independently
• In case of discrepancies in the process, you will review it carefully and report it to the competent authorities
• Cleaning and care of work equipment and workstations are part of the daily routine
• Safety and quality standards are consistently adhered to by you

We are looking for

To make sure you move safely in the production environment, you should bring the following features:

• Experience in production, assembly or industrial production is helpful
• Technical understanding and craftsmanship are available
• Careful and reliable operation shape your working style
• Willingness to work in the 3-shift system is given
• Team skills and sense of responsibility are among your strengths
• Good knowledge of German allows you to work safely according to requirements
