IT Exhibition Manager (m/f/d)

Is it a challenging working environment in which you will support the provision of IT services for our trade fairs?

For our Central Operations, Operate IT, we are looking for the next time IT Exhibition Manager (m/w/d). The body is an indefinite position in full or parttime

You are the first contact person for the event areas in all IT issues around the planning and ensure the IT-side implementation of our trade fair events

You advise the areas of expertise on the content issues as well as requirements and delivery dates of the IT services

You are responsible for the handover of the structured requirements in IT operations and work closely with the operational colleagues in implementing the requirements.

You coordinate the transfer of measurement-relevant systems for an event, such as exhibitor shop and ticket shop

During the event period, you serve the specialist pages directly on site and agree on measures that are suitable for ensuring the smooth running of the event on the IT side.

You actively and constructively contribute to the optimization of business processes

You can demonstrate a successfully completed study or a completed vocational training with professional experience in the IT and/or event area

You have experience in the implementation or coordination of IT projects, ideally in the fair environment or Services sector

You know the methods, processes and tools of IT project management

You like to work in the team, can quickly work into complex tasks and have a high level of problem solving competence
