Business Consultant for our industry partners (m/f/d)

You develop a deep understanding of our service portfolio and the possibilities for use with our national and international partners. You provide the benefits and support in the use of our existing solutions and thus contribute to making their added value achievable in everyday work. You analyze the business processes of our contract suppliers and identify potentials in which the use of our services creates measurable added value. You accept customer feedback, requirements and optimization suggestions, collect them in a structured manner in our CRM system and ensure that relevant impulses are forwarded to the controllers. You form the interface between our partners, departments and decision-making bodies and thus support a sound and continuous exchange of knowledge and experience for the further and new development of our services.

You enjoy direct exchange with customers and other partners, listen attentively and can quickly capture complex processes and relationships and translate them into concrete solutions. You know the business processes on the supplier side of the food, near food and/or DIY industry and have a high motivation to optimize them. You have experience in process analysis and optimization, ideally in the design and use of digital solutions. You have the pleasure of explaining software applications and services in a comprehensible manner and to convey their concrete benefits to different users. You are characterized by pronounced communication strength, a safe occurrence and a high degree of self-initiative. You ideally experience the moderation of (customer) events or workshops. You are ready to travel, enjoy direct exchange and activity on site with and with our partners. You have good English skills in word and writing as well as good user knowledge of popular MS Office applications and CRM systems.
