Implementation of the monthly pay bill for a defined group of employees Contact person:in for employees and managers on questions about wages and salary Communication with health insurance funds, social security institutions and financial offices and implementation of all relevant reports Creation of certificates, forms, lists and contract documents Care and management of the personal files and the personal master files Support for monthly and annual work Participation in social security and financial audits Cooperation in projects and active support in the optimization of HR and settlement processes

Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with further training in the area of pay billing First or multi-year experience in payment accounting Safe handling of MS Office Knowledge of accounting systems such as SAP, DATEV or comparable programs Experience in dealing with time management systems Good knowledge of pay tax, social security and labour law Individual initiative, reliability and a pronounced service orientation
